We are now offering Private Parties for Birthday's, Mom’s/Girls Night Out, Company Events, Bridal Showers, Scout/Troop Socials, etc.

Details: Parties generally run for 2 hours of decorating fun. Each Guest will either decorate cookies, cake, cake pops, spooky haunted house, or gingerbread house. Each event can be customize by theme, color, cartoon/ pop star, etc. We provide everything from frosting, fondant, sprinkles, cookie cutters and decorating tools to bring your masterpiece to life. Handy boxes are provided to take your edible creation home. Additional rental time past the 120 minutes is $50 per hour. Will be billed to your credit card on file. No exceptions!

Cancellation Policy

A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking for parties. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be paid by invoice 2 days before event, if invoice is not paid, we have the right to cancel event. Parties must be canceled with at least 10 days' notice to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations less than 10 days of the event cannot be refunded. Any changes to the order details (like the number of cakes or children) should be communicated to My Sweet Emergency by email at mysweetemergency@yahoo.com or by phone at 541-900-5934. Due to short notice, it may be difficult to make changes to your order within 2 days of the event. We will do our best!

Birthday Parties-Cookies: Cost: Starts at $275 for up to 10 children. $20 for each additional child. Minimum 5 children, less than 10 then cost is $30 per child. Each child/individual will decorate and keep 4-6 cookies depending on design and theme. We offer Gluten/Nut Free Cookies, additional cost of $5.00 flat fee will apply per child.

Birthday Parties-Cupcakes: Cost: Starts at $225 for up to 10 children. $13 for each additional child. Minimum 5 children, less than 10 then cost is $25 per child. Each child/individual will decorate and keep 4 cupcakes depending on design and theme. Gluten Free/Vegan and Nut Free options available, please add flat fee of $5 per child that needs this option. Also Available cupcakes in 6 pack ($30) per child, 12 pack ($45) per child.

Birthday Parties- 6 inch cake: Cost: Starts at $450 for up to 10 children. $35 for each additional child. Minimum is 5 children to have a party. Each child/individual will decorate a 6 inch cake, 3 cake flavors to choose from, theme and colors of your choice. All decorating supplies will be provided, custom cookie cutters, fondant, sprinkles, etc. Children may take their custom mini cookie cutters home.

Scout and Troop Events: Cost: Start a $200 for up to 10 children. $10 for each additional child. Minimum is 7 children to have a event. Kids will decorate and keep 3-4 cookies depending on design and theme. Instruction time will be 45-60 minutes, again depending on design. Take home boxes will be provided. All cookie decorating supplies will be provided.

DIY Cookie Kits: Do It Yourself Cookie Kits, are pre ordered. Perfect activity for any venue. All cookies are individually sealed. Kits can be customized for any theme, holiday age group, or couples.

Kits can be made in pack of 2, 4, 6, or 1 dozen. Depending on size it will include from 1-3 icing bag , and up to 3 custom sprinkle mix, instructions and photo for general idea. All in a white window cookie box. Price range from $10 +
